Our History
Airport City Taxi is family owned and operated, with two generations of Gillilands currently working with us. I started our company twenty-four years ago at the Eugene airport as Airport Taxi. While I ran the business, my brother, Donald, built cars. Together we designed a phone patch system with Silke Communications to provide centralized dispatch. As our children grew up, they also joined our company. In 1991 we changed our name to Airport City Taxi because of our increased presence in the Eugene metro area.
Now, we serve Eugene, Springfield, and outlying communities. Our airport service stretches from the Washington border to the California border, and from Idaho to the coast. We have drivers that have been with us for more than 15 years, and we provide you with personal service.
We don't want to be the biggest cab company -- we want to be the BEST!
